Returns (B2B)

B2B Returns Policy – Domestic Appliances (UK Business Customers)

1. Scope and Status

This Returns Policy applies strictly to business-to-business (B2B) transactions involving domestic appliances (“Goods”) supplied by the Seller to a Buyer acting in the course of business and registered in the United Kingdom.

For the avoidance of doubt, the Buyer is not a consumer. All statutory consumer rights are expressly excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

2. No Right of Return

The Buyer acknowledges that there is no automatic or statutory right to return Goods.

The Seller does not accept returns unless explicitly agreed in advance in writing at the Seller’s sole and absolute discretion.

3. Mandatory Return Authorisation (RA)

No Goods shall be returned without prior written approval and a valid Return Authorisation (RA) issued by the Seller.

Returns sent without an RA will be rejected, refused delivery, or returned at the Buyer’s sole cost.

Issuance of an RA does not constitute acceptance of the return or any obligation to refund.

4. Strict Return Conditions

As a condition of any approved return, the Goods must be:

unused and not installed,

not connected to any electrical, water, or gas supply,

free from any signs of operation, testing, or handling beyond reasonable inspection,

complete with all accessories, manuals, fittings, and components,

in original, unopened, and undamaged manufacturer packaging, suitable for resale as new.

The Seller reserves the sole right to determine whether Goods meet these conditions.

5. Return Transport – Cost and Risk

All returns are made entirely at the Buyer’s cost and risk, including:

transport and logistics,

insurance,

loading/unloading,

customs or import/export formalities (if applicable).

Risk of loss or damage remains with the Buyer until the Goods are physically received and accepted by the Seller.

6. Transport Damage on Return

The Seller shall bear no liability whatsoever for any damage occurring during return transport.

Any Goods returned damaged, including damage to packaging, will be treated as non-compliant returns and subject to charges or refusal.

7. Packaging Requirements (Mobile sink-Specific)

Due to the nature of domestic appliances, strict packaging requirements apply:

Original manufacturer packaging is mandatory.

Goods returned in replacement, damaged, incomplete, or non-original packaging will be subject to substantial deductions.

Appliances must be properly secured to prevent movement, internal damage, or cosmetic defects during transport.

Failure to comply will result in repackaging fees, depreciation charges, or rejection.

8. Inspection and Acceptance

All returned Goods are subject to detailed technical and visual inspection.

The Seller reserves the right to:

refuse the return entirely, or

accept the return subject to deductions.

Inspection results are final and binding.

9. Deductions, Fees, and Loss of Value

Without limitation, the Seller reserves the right to apply deductions or charge the Buyer for:

damaged or missing packaging,

repackaging and reconditioning,

evidence of installation, use, or testing,

cosmetic or functional damage,

transport damage during return,

missing components or documentation,

loss of resale value (including classification as B-grade or used equipment),

administrative and handling costs.

In severe cases, the Seller may refuse the return entirely and require the Buyer to collect the Goods at their own expense.

10. Refunds

Any refund is:

strictly conditional upon acceptance of the return,

processed only after full inspection,

subject to all applicable deductions and fees.

The Seller may, at its discretion, issue a credit note instead of a monetary refund.

11. No Waiver

Approval of any return on one occasion does not constitute a waiver of these terms or create any precedent.

12. Governing Law and Interpretation

These terms shall be governed by the law specified in the Seller’s general terms and conditions.

All rights not expressly granted to the Buyer are reserved by the Seller.

13. Entire Agreement

This Returns Policy constitutes the entire agreement regarding returns and overrides any conflicting terms proposed by the Buyer unless expressly agreed in writing by the Seller.
