SANITOBI Privacy Policy

We fully respect our customers’ privacy and ensure that their personal data is properly protected.

• compliance with a legal obligation to which the seller is subject, particularly in relation to accounting and tax regulations (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR),
• the legitimate interests pursued by the seller, in particular the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We store customers’ personal data on servers ensuring a high level of data security. Access to the database is strictly limited to authorized employees of the Store.

Every customer who has provided personal data to us has the right to access their data, rectify it, restrict its processing, request its deletion, or object to its processing, in accordance with applicable law.

The Store does not disclose, sell, or rent customer personal data to third parties, except where the customer has given explicit consent, requested such disclosure, or where it is required by legally authorized public authorities in connection with ongoing proceedings.

Our Store uses cookies.
